Because web development involves time, planning, and resources from the outset, we generally don’t offer refunds once work has started. Any discovery calls, scoping, or initial work carried out prior to a refund request will be taken into account.

 

Refunds at Our Discretion

While refunds aren’t something we typically offer, we’ll consider requests on a case by case basis. If you feel you have a valid reason, please get in touch within 7 days and provide as much detail as possible.

 

Deposits

Where a deposit has been taken to secure your project, this is non-refundable once work has begun. This covers the time and planning invested before the build starts.

 

Ongoing Services

If you’re on a maintenance, SEO, or retainer arrangement with BorderBoxer, you may cancel at any time in line with your agreement. Refunds for ongoing services will be considered in accordance with your consumer rights.
